Summers Just A Sip Away!

Summer Smoothie
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple and mango
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. 

Note: If you have leftover smoothie, freeze them in silicone molds, that way you can have a treat now, and a treat for later!
Smoothie for breakfast......dessert for dinner!
 

And just like that...another summer has come and gone!
 

Summer of 2014, you've been grand! But with the coming of Labor Day means the end of summer....or does it? Our favorite summer tasting treat is undoubtably smoothies, tropical fruits mixed together in a icy treat, I mean does it get more summer tasting than that? Now even in the dead of winter you can make this tropical treat and be transported to sunny beaches and warm weather. So bring on the fall, and summer if we need to be reminded of you, we'll just make this frosty drink, after all where there's a meal, there's a way!
