Everytime I hear the phrase "Back to School", this is what I think of.

Tucker May Goes to Pre-K

Well folks, today is Tucker's first day of Pre-K. In honor of such a momentus occasion I am devoting a whole week to lunch box ideas!

First Day of School Lunch Box Menu

Meatball Meal-Spinach and Feta-in a thermos
(I previously made and froze them, this moring I just reheated them in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.)
Tip: Pour hot water in your thermos and put the lid on about 20 minutes before you fill it with food. This heats up your thermos therefore allowing it to keep your food hotter, longer!

Pumpkin Tree Organic (Formally Peter Rabbit Organics) Carrot, Squash an Apple Pouch
Trader Joe's Vegetable Root Chips
Sending your little one to school and want something tasty and healthy to fill their tummys? Where there's a meal, there's a way!
Buckle up, here we go!

He looks excited for his first day! I'm sure he will have the healthiest and most delicious meal in the class! We had your spinach and feta meatballs for lunch today too. They are always great!
