Cheese and Trees

It's Day 3, I see!

Last night for dinner we had my Turkey Mac and Cheese. So yesterday's meal becomes today's lunch box star! I added some chopped broccoli and it becomes "cheese and trees". Have lots of leftovers and don't want them to go to waste? Change it up a bit and pack it in your child's thermos for a yummy new lunch! No need to throw out leftovers because, where there's a meal, there's a way!

Day 3 Menu

Cheese and Trees
Preheat oven to 350. In a greased baking dish, reheat leftover Turkey Mac and Cheese and broccoli with 2 tablespoons chicken broth. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover and reheat for 20 minutes or until hot all the way through. Transfer to a thermos.

*Note: I used Quinoa and Rice pasta, so this is another gluten free meal!
Trader Joe's Orgainc Apple WIldberry Fruit Wrap
Tucker's Trail Mix
Whole Pecans, Craisins and dark chocolate chips.

I love to write/draw things on baggies! Can't draw? Who cares! Remeber it will get thrown away anyway and you child will LOVE it, guaranteed!
