Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie

Super Easy Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie
  • 1/2 gallon pumpkin ice cream of your choice (I used Blue Bell Spiced Pumpkin Pecan)
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

Put pumpkin ice cream into a graham cracker pie crust, spreading evenly across the crust. Place in freezer to set for no less than 1 hour.  Once the ice cream pie is set, top with whipped cream and serve.

The Original Sunni Sky's Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie!

The inspiration for the Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie is from a little place in Angier, NC called Sunni Sky's Homemade Ice Cream.  This was the go to hangout spot while I was in school at Campbell University.  This little place located just off Highway 55 serves the best ice cream in the area (if not the WORLD!)
With a menu of more than 120 flavors you could almost try something different just about every time you stop in for a visit.
Not sure what flavor to get?  They let you sample flavor after flavor until you find one that is just right. Tucker preferred all green and orange flavors.

An Ice Cream flavor you have to sign a wavor to try? Only at Sunni Sky's!

My personal favorites are butter cookie and brownie batter, but with new flavors everytime you visit, who could say what my favorite might be next time!
Can't make it to Sunni Sky's but still want a slice of the easiest pumpkin pie you'll make this season, where there's a meal, there's a way!

Oh my gosh. Ben won't give ANY of my desserts 5 stars, but he will go on, and on, and on (and on) about Sunni Sky's Brownie Batter ice cream!
