Sparkling Apple Cider with Lime Zest
  • Sparkling Apple Cider
  • Lime
Select your favorite brand of Sparking Apple Cider (I love Trader Joe's Brand and Zevia also makes a delicious 0 calorie sparkling cider you can pick up at Whole Foods) and pour it into your favorite drinking vessel.  Zest a lime over your cider and top off with a wedge of lime.  Kick back and enjoy.

Don't Want To Froget All your ‚ÄčAcquaintances this New Year's Eve? Try this instead.

Happy New Year's Eve everyone!  I'm not the biggest fan of alcohol  (gasp).  Personally, I think it all taste kind of like Robitussin DM (you know the kind that burns and tastes like grape flavored gasoline).  So for me, to cheers on New Year's Eve, I prefer sparkling apple cider, nice and sweet with no bitter aftertaste.  To fancy mine up, I like to zest a lime and add a lime wedge so you get the sweet effervescent classic cider taste with an unexpected kiss of tart and tangy lime.  People will think you have served some fancy cocktail when all you have really done is dressed up the most basic, simple party drink.  Looking for a non-alcoholic way to celebrate New Year's?  Try a simple twist on this holiday favorite because, where there's a meal, there's a way!
