Paleo Menu Week 2

Week 2 Paleo Meal Plan

Breakfast- Paleo Scavenger Granola with Almond Milk and a sliced banana
Lunch- Baked Chicken Breast (seasoned with Frontier Co-Op Garlic and Herb Blend) with green beans and a coconut water and pineapple smoothie
Dinner- BLT Burger- a turkey hamburger served with a tomato slice and bacon served in a lettuce wrap, and a baked sweet potato.

Breakfast- Garden of Life Protein Shake
Lunch- Paleo Cobb Salad- Chopped Romaine Lettuce, chopped hard boiled egg, chopped bacon, tomato and avocado
Dinner- Sweet Potato Shut Your Mouth Bisque,  with bacon wrapped dates (recipe for this treat coming later this week).

Breakfast- Spinach Omelet
Lunch- Leftover soup with a spinach, cucumber and carrot salad.
Dinner- Zucchini "Pasta" served with tomato sauce and ground sausage (full recipe coming later this week).

Lunch- Tuna Lettuce Wrap with Apple and Almond butter sandwiches 
Dinner- Grilled Steak with roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes

Breakfast- Garden of Life Protein Shake with fruit
Lunch- Lemon Baked Cod with a romaine lettuce and salsa (Joe's original creation from last week)
Dinner- Chicken, Ham and Asparagus Roll Up (recipe coming later this week) with beets and carrots 

Paleo Cake 
Walnut Stuffed Dates
Natural Sins Pineapple Chips  
Boiled Peanuts 
I'm not going to lie, the first few days of going paleo can be tough, especially around day 3 when you see others eating brownies...ouch. But then after that your body gets use to it and you don't seem to mind and you even get creative with what you have to work with. Example Joe's lovely lunch creations of leftover Baked Cod with chopped Romaine lettuce with fresh salsa salad! We have lots of new paleo creations coming later this week, so be sure to check back here and follow on Instagram for more updates! Going paleo can be challenging, but getting creative with your meal options can prove that where there's a meal, there's a way!
