Quick and Easy Cooking Video?

Lately my facebook page has been filled with these quick cooking videos that are filmed in time lapse to show the entire cooking process in like 60 seconds (perfect for those of us who have ADD). Well I decided to make my own. This paleo chicken taco recipe seemed simple enough for me to film and cook on my own! Tired of reading recipes, but want to know how to cook a meal in less than 2 minutes? Well my friends, where there's a meal, there's a way!
